Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all beauty, personal‑care, and home‑use items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items such as mists, oils, balms, sprays, and any product that comes into direct contact with the skin or home surfaces.

We do this to ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and product integrity for all customers.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at daisyspringsoh@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
